Regarding Missing Document

I submitted my SINP oid profile on 1st jan 2018. Can I attach any doc now in OASIS profile if I miss some doc at that time???Actually I attached Additional family information form without signature for me and my wife.I already sent email including attached this doc with signature now. But my question is that Can i upload in OASIS account now as for me that column is still available but for my wife the column is not available.Please help me out.
