Weeks or months for LMIA. Talk to your employer about processing timelines. Then you need closed work permit.

I don’t have in this moment.The course that I took was many years ago and it has already expired, they are going to train me for my job in Canada

So to get a closed work permit, you need to prove your experience in the job with employment letters and/or education/certification. Your employer got a LMIA because they couldn’t hire anyone in Canada, and only you were experienced enough to take the job. You MUST show employment letters. Where is this job? Doesn’t matter that they will train you.
