Regarding Job

Hi,

My brother has got an email from Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Toronto with details of Contract Agreement and Appointment letter. It is mentioned that it is to send the Appointment letter to the Visa Officer at the high commision of canada in india. HOwever, my brother has not written IELTS exam too.

Will it be genuine? Any help would be appreciated.

Totally fake as hotels do not generally seek to recruit from overseas, the genuine ones have plenty of resident applicants available.

If you have a copy of the offer letter or the address of the Hilton hotel post it here

He should not share copies of any documents, passport or pay any money.

I would say the offer is fake given the phone number is an ottawa number not the number for the Hilton which would be area code 416 for Toronto but would help to see the offer.

If they are promising any one of flights, accommodation or food definitely fake. Easy to do a google search for the following

Hahah definitely fake. Not a real letterhead, you can see the whole letter was badly photos hopped together. Also they do not need to recruit security officers from outside Canada (they won't even be able to get an LMIA for that). Also, a $6500 monthly salary for this position is just ridiculous. It's a scam, do not give them any info or money. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Still a fake job offer and if you google a security officer role salary in Canada you would be expect to see 30-40k CDN not 78k as this fake job offers and certainly no free accommodation.
