hi i need help because my husband received all the necessary forms for my sponsorship but the IMM 5490 that the canadian embassy in manila gave him is the old IMM 5490 ( Sponsored Spouse/ Partner Questionaire)as i check it to the forms in cic.gc.ca its different because with him it has only 1-14 question 2 pages only but i search the internet the IMM 5490 is 1-30 6 pages.So we can't finished filling his application because of this is there any Filipino or somebody who know that this is just okay or do he have to contact the canadian embassy manila and ask about this or they are really sending IMM 5490 in manila like this.If ever can he just print the form online or he should ask the embassy to send him new one.Please help us we don't know what to do.thanks.
