regarding IELTS Exam

Hi sir,
I want to apply for Federal Skilled worker program but i don't have IELTS score. I want to book my IELTS slot in the month of November. The problem is that my passport is expired and I'm not able to book IELTS slot. I already applied for Passport Renewal and it is going to take another 20-25 days to get the passport. IELTS slots are closing so fast. I want to book my slot, but i'm not able to book my slot due to my passport expiry. So, please help me how can i book my IELTS slot in the month of November with expired passport.
My question is anyway i applied for passport renewal, so I'm going to get the same passport number. so, can i apply the IELTS slot with the same passport number with expiry date keeping some year end like that. I don't know I'm looking for some alternative to book my slot. is it correct way of doing. Please, someone help me in this regard.

Regarding ur problem, pls speak to IDP or British Council by phoning them. U can get the accurate answer.

IF your country has a national ID - you can register with that instead of your passport.

Since your passport must be valid on the day of your test AND registration - I'd get the new passport and take the test at a later time.

It's very rare that they'd make exceptions for people. Because if they do - they need to make exceptions for everyone.

Listening - 6.5
Reading - 6.5
Writing -6.5
Speaking - 7.0

Overall - 6.5

Listening = 4 points
Speaking = 6 points
Writing and Reading = 5 points each.
