Regarding form IMM5620E

hi everyone!
I am new to this forum, I have sent my application to nova scotia in 2nd week of may and yesterday i realised that i have done some mistakes in filling the form 5620, the payment form, i have made a DD from bank but i have left blank the payer address column, will it be a problem. pls suggest. :-\

It may cause a problem. The worst case scenario is that they will return your application.

If it states there that you have to put the payer's address in the column, then you have to put your address. Unfortunately, I used a credit card when I submitted mine so I don't really have any personal experience with regards to the matter.
