I completed my express entry profile on 7th feb.. but in profile details it is said that effective profile date is 8th feb.. will i be included in the invitation round held on 8th feb i.e today, which is already done as I am asking now??

yes you should be included, wait for 24 hours for ITA.

and also my job bank status and application profile status were open today on 8th not yesterday?

As long as your EE profile and Job back was active before the draw on February 8, 2017 at 13:23:27 UTC , you should be good else have to wait for next draw.

If the points you accumulate meet or exceed the cut off points for the draw just held, you will receive ITA.
