But in Ontario it is mentioned as habitually resident in Ontario after separation. But I came to Canada for him only. Unfortunately I received divorce which leaves me hopeless and emotionally

I removed my other comment as I was factually wrong in one of the lines.

You need to talk to a lawyer, you can contest the divorce and use mediation/reconciliation. Since your spouse is a Canadian citizen and you were served in Canada too, you are going to find it to be an uphill battle to get the case transferred to India. Also, given the 498A and general judiciary corruption(specifically around divorces) back home would make a very strong case for the husband to not let the case being transferred to India.

I don't know much about your situation, but if you are facing extreme difficulties and things are very dark in front of you, you can:
1. try joining a support group to get some help
2. get a psychologist from India to help you here (it is pretty cheap)
3. try mediation through family intervention, see if it can take you far. But #1, #2 >>>>> #3 as family can screw things up even more than you imagine.
4. open a direct channel, share things honestly, communicate with each other on how you can fix what's broken and make him see a future with you. This is hard, going to be even more hard on you.

I don't know what else to write here, but always there to listen over DMs if you want.

One more thing - I'd suggest getting a blood pressure monitor and keep a check on systolic and diastolic readings. If you are under too much pressure, you might just be hurting yourself beyond you can imagine. If you are doing >140/90 - you also need medicines or help.
