I am a graduate student in India, and I had applied for TRV to attend an interview in Canada. The University will be covering my entire travel expenses and accommodation, during my stay in Canada.
I applied through paper base application and my application was refused on the grounds of unsatisfied eligibility criteria. No refusal letter or detailed reason for refusal was provided.
In a fresh application (online based) there I no option to attach the cover letter which explains my amendments in the current application as my visa was previously refused , nor there is any provision to upload no objection certificate from my University for the travel.
Where do I upload my covering letter?
Can anyone comment in this regard??
