Unfortunately your results are probably not good enough for an MBA. You could try for a diploma but again your results are not very strong there may be some concern about your dedication to your studies. There are many factors that go into the decision so I can't say whether you will get a visa or not. Getting into an MBA program would depend on your work experience, your previous studies and your marks in your diploma. I only have a bit of information about your case. Yes there is a possibility you could get a student visa.
