Regarding 2 ghost updates within intervals of 2 months each

Hi all
Original medical done on 30 aug, a year before
My Aor is 1 Jun
Med passed 12 July
First ghost update 12 sep
Second ghost update 16 Nov in which it changed the medical line that "you don't need medical"
What exactly it means?
Is that means first ghost update for extension of medical and second ghost update for the expiry of medical?
Or is it a good sign of something
Please help, am really confused
