Regain access of IRCC Account GCkey login

My Application was processed by Consultant and he has put Email address for my application. I do have UCI numbers for me and my wife. My application got rejected and I want to resubmit my application for Canadian Immigration. Is there any chance I can gain access to my IRCC account by providing UCI numbers? and change my email address?
Or I do have to create another separate application for re-submission?

Call IRCC and provide all the details of application along with your UCI and they would help you to get access to it. You can then link it with your GCkey account if created already or once you create!
