I had a rejection of Australian PR in the year 2016. The reason for this was, my employment verification was not cleared. I used to work as Asst. Professor and network admin. However, my major duties are compliant with Asst. Professor role and minor are for network admin. When the immigration guys called the college, Principal said that I am working as an Asst. Prof but I have claimed my profile as a network admin in my visa application. Hence, they rejected along with a ban for 3 years the reason is the misrepresentation of employment details.
Now, I am planning to apply for express entry claiming points for Asst. Prof bearing NOC 4021.And I had took my Ielts even. I got overall 8 band score. Do I need to include the details of my rejection in EE visa application? If yes, what will be the consequences and what is the best of representing it in my LOE?
