Dears,

I‘m from LEBANON , I applied for a visitor Visa for my husband and son in DEC 2019 got the refusal in Jan 2020 and below is the reason.
my question is : If I apply for them for a second time will they be accepted or it impossible?
The refusal letter said the following:
  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as temporary resident , as stimulated in paragraph 179(b) of IRPR, based on your travel history.
  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as temporary resident ,as stimulated in paragraph 179(b) of IRPR, based on your assets and financial status.
knowing that my husband is working in Bank, I showed them a SOA for more than 13,000$ , proof of employment and all other needed documents.

does anyone has the same refusal letter and be accepted again?

thank you for your cooperation

Are you in Canada? Or is your entire family applying from outside of Canada?

Yes, it's possible to be accepted if you can put together a stronger application.

What is your status in Canada. Looks like you may be visiting Canada. Howling have you been in Canada? Given the economic crisis in Lebanon unless you have very strong proof that they will return to Lebanon it will be very hard to get approved.

You need to significantly strengthen the application and address the refusal reasons if you want to try applying again. Order your GCMS notes and wait for them to arrive so that you can see the detailed refusal reasons. Your funds are low if four people are traveling.

What is GCMS ? This is the amount in Bank but also I have cash , we faced many problems in the Lebanese Banks so I withdrew cash from my accounts.

In general it will be much more difficult to get a TRV from Lebanon given the current economic issues. When you got your original TRVs Lebanon was in a better situation. 13k is not a lot of money for a family. Getting approval for the whole family will be difficult. Is your husband vaccinated with Pfizer. Moderna, AZ or J&J?

Yes we are vaccinated Pfizer. could they refuse me if I submitted a new one for me?

Yes they could. The good news is at least they are vaccinated with one of the vaccines accepted by Canada. Would really suggest that you apply with your child. If you only apply with your child you have a better chance of approval than your whole family. You could then try to get a visa for your husband. If you apply for your whole family chances of denial are pretty high because most Lebanese are arriving in Canada and aren’t leaving.
