My wife is protected person and recently got PR but still not get PR card.
Can she travel on Refuse Travel Documents instead of PRTD.

Did she travel without the PR card or waited for it?
Looking for advice or sharing experiences.

Would be easier to wait and get your PR card versus having to obtain a PRTD and get it stamped while abroad. Assume you have landed virtually already.

That is P2? Yes. Im waiting ECOPR but takes long received the PR card.

So, no yet.

The big issue is that you’ve declared you will be in Canada to qualify for the virtual landing. If you anre outside of Canada you should be landing via COPR that will have to be stamped outside of Canada but not your home country. If you leave Canada without the eCOPR you should be contacting IRCC to inform them you will no longer be in Canada from a certain date until you return date. If possible they will put your virtual landing on hold and you can land when you are back in Canada. If you receive the eCOPR while in Canada but haven’t received your PR card then you will need a PRTD to reenter Canada or have someone courier you your PR card after it is sent to your home address in Canada
