Most likely...

One of my friend was in the same situation. First he did B.E and MBA in India, thn got into York University MBA program in Canada (York is one of the top ranking school in the World). And he easily got student visa for the same.

bt this is the case for post gruate certificate course 1 year in HR FROM GEORGE BROWN COLLEGE
moreover he can show sanction leave for 1 year from the organisation he is working at present as a hr executive

The problem is HR comes under the domain of MBA which is the highest degree in Business studies. Where as Post Graduate Certificate is far lower thn MBA degree, most probably Visa Officer shall not believe what you want him to believe.

MBA STUDENT only go for mba studies.is it like that??
moreover, he has done his mba with 2 specilisation HR AND MARKETING
BT have 2year of exp in hr ONLY

SO CANT GO FOR HR CERTIFICATE COURSE and improve skills in hr better than MBA coz his specialisation is in 2 subject

I know there are peoples who simply hide previous MBA degree while applying for some lower level business studies. And it worked !

but since you have already put off MBA degree on visa application (under SPP) so the "above said solution" won't work for you at all !

well, in that case... I can only suggest you to go for MBA "once again". My friend who was already B.E, MBA in India, got into "York School" in Canada. (York School is one of the top ranking school in the World). and he easily got his student visa for MBA in Canada.

I do not know what was the consideration behind his visa approval, may be the "reputation of York School", but it worked and that's hold important fact for you as well. May be you can try this way....

*Its just my opinion based on a real fact which does not mean that the same shall work in every similar case.

My elder sibling did Masters in Law (LLM) and got into MBA in Canada (Post Graduate Degree Course)...got visa in the very first attempt.
