After classes have started? really? Well please let me know the college name, I might apply to that as well.
I am aware of that college, please check if they will refund after 1st week or 2nd week. I am sure they wont.

that good news, get a full refund and dont apply until after you get a visa. Dont be a smartass.
Not to rub it in, but either you did not do enough research or were not guided properly. You should have never started classes without getting a study permit. It is not like other countries where if you meet the criteria you get through. In Canada, there are way too many applicants because of the easy access to immigration and hence a lot of fraud as well. This is mainly the reason why even a single red flag will cause your application to get rejected. Don't rely on logic and fairness, you have to present your file in a way that is satisfactory to the VO's. It's a trial and error and a lot of luck so that's why you will see many applicants get through on 3rd or 4th try at times.
This answer you can only get from your GCMS notes, but you say don't have time for that, so....
