Refusal,Re-Apply, Case Transferred and Status Expiring Soon

Hello Everyone,
I hope you all are doing well.
My refugee case is got refused and I have applied for Re-Appeal 2 months ago in Toronto. Yesterday I got a mail from Refugee board;they mentioned that they have transferred my re-appeal in Montreal office.
Do I have to worry about it ?
Secondly, My refugee status and my work permit is expiring in Jan,2019.
I am soo worried;I have no clue that my Refugee status and my Work Permit will get renewed or not ??
Please suggest!!!
What should I do ???

Lastly,
One of my friend is living in B.C, His employer is willing to give me LMIA
Is it possible to get LMIA on Refugee status??

  • The fact your claim has been refused, yes you should be worried.
  • You should be able to renew again until you recieve a decision on your appeal.
  • No, you can’t get (or even need) a LIMA....you already have a work permit.

Can i apply in Humanitarian ??
 
You would have to withdraw your refugee claim and the appeal. And if I am not mistaken, there is a one year ban on H&C claims if you have a negative decision from IRB for a refugee claim.

That's correct. You cannot submit an H&C for at least 12 months because you have received a negative decision from IRB i.e. there is a one year ban from applying for H&C.

You probably know that H&C has low probability of getting accepted unless you have exceptionally strong grounds
