Your employers must describe your job duties and responsibilities in your letters; if they do not, you have to provide some alternative documentation of your job duties and responsibilities. (They also have to state the # of hours worked per week).

It is unfortunate, but IRCC did not make an error. Hopefully, you can get new letters and re-submit -

Ok so that is why your application was rejected [unless there are other things mentioned in the refusal letter that was not mentioned in this thread]. Your employment letter must describe your duties and the duties must be a close match to your claimed NOC.

You can get new employment letters and do as following [1]:

If my immigration application is refused, do I have to wait before I apply again?
If your application to come to Canada is refused, you can send a new application at any time, unless your decision letter says otherwise. However, you should do so only if you can include new or additional information that you did not send with your previous application.

If you had legal status and lost it (for example, if your work permit expired and you were refused), you have a limited time in which to resubmit your application. See your decision letter for details.

Well, the paystubs document your earnings (maybe your job title, hours worked, benefits), but they do not document the job duties/responsibilities. LOE = self-testimony, not a particularly reliable source : ) So no, not enough, since people have faked payroll .

If an employer refuses to provide the letter (or refuses to provide the requested information) It does help to include proof of that.

Then a letter from a colleague about the job duties/responsibilities may help too.

They stated I had not provided sufficient evidence of the actions and duties I performed while working with the abovementioned employers.WHAT???? they didn't ask me to provide evidence. Now my work permit will be up in 4mths, can I get some advice please.

No actually, its very clearly stated what needs to be included in the employer reference letters - this includes duties performed.

In lieu of that, you can provide your job description and potentially an offer letter if that includes this information.

It is on the candidate to understand what they need to provide.

So maybe i am not understanding this right, but did the OP not include duties in his/her letter?

Both of my employers have included all information, except on one of the letters my old boss forgot to include my salary. I have tax documents and check stubs illustrating my salary. Anyone have any idea of those docs showing salary, plus his letter stating title, duties, hours worked, and dates of employment will work?

That is correct, in a later post, the OP indicated that the letters did not contain any job duties/responsibilities.

This is why. You need to outline all your duties for it to count as a complete application.
