My wife write email to MP that it could be danger for her to go Pakistan after refusal as so long without husband she can not live she want to visit me or i visit her as i cant go there thats why she is comming MP assistant said sorry we can not help in any way. 
((( they have no concern if anything wrong happen here last time when she come we had to leave karachi hotel manager scared us that anything can happen here as she is white american woman.. i left karachi same moment, feeling sorry to hear that MP can not help us

smart....you know this lesbian thing is a great defense!!!! i think i will use that. if we are in such an open society in canada where we are accepting of lesbians/gays then certainly a 20 year age difference shouldn't raise an eyebrow

your bossy comments over our cases sometimes make us used to hear it from others when we will be in the hearing so it wont be big surprise for us to face their words its like a preparation for us, so keep it up.
LoisLane age isn't anything that blocks relationships just love should be real, so many people marry young people and at the end their marriages get fail divorce rate of American and Canadian women are 70% in my view when a women is divorced and she gets smiles from someone and someone who changes her life,
and the young person who loves her also can not live without her what is the problem in such marriage no matter they give visa or not keep relationship strong facing a challenging life makes life more interesting as life is a test.
the way their decisions are just to make demand of visa.. if something will be easy to get then its demand will be low if anybody wants to create more demand then this kind of techniques will be helpful...

and for the million time I HAVE NOTHING against u and i DONT CARE if ur relation is real or not,all iam saying is age difference is a red flag, ofcourse if alone its not,but u 2 have age difference,language diference, religion difference and Culture difference, so u have to do HUGE effort to convince the IO, truth is ur relation by all standards is not normal.
now i understand u and ppl like lois lane are "blinded" by love and wish to be re-united by their loved ones a.s.a.p but there is some hard effort all of us should do inorder to be re-united and if i post how an IO will think or whats normal and not in a society u should benefit from it not think iam attacking u.

I think a few of you might be missing the bigger picture here. For relationships like smart_saqib's it's not only about an age difference. It's about 2 people from 2 different backgrounds, cultures & situations (his wife is hearing impaired) that have a large age gap between the 2 of them. Sure a Canadian political icon won't get criticized for that - in her situation she isn't trying to bring in her immigrant common-law partner into the country. Comparing her situation with this one isn't at all the same thing.
In smart_saqib's case I think it's normal that an IO would question the validity of their relationship. Before anyone thinks I'm being rude, the following I'm about to relay came from a previous post in which smart mentioned that his wife doesn't have enough money to support herself of feed her children & that she bought a TV worth $2,000.00. I hate to judge but seeing all this through an IO's eyes would seem bizarre to me. We all have to remember that an IO's job is to do the best they can to ensure that the Sponsor isn't being taken advantage of. It happens all the time and their job is to try and avoid that from happening. This isn't to say smart's relationship isn't true, but it is harder to prove that it is. A man 20 years younger that his visually impaired wife, whose relationship started when they met online, coming from 2 completely different backgrounds, cultures and circumstances would raise flags. tired of visa problems i dont need a visa just need freedom, a freedom land where i can have my wife....
And for all of you , refusal problems and hardships of visa aren't that big as big picture we see here people with different religions,backgrounds,ages,cultures still get together one thing should be clear couple is honest and applicant is not a criminal or in their case there should not be miss presentation , then everything is okay.

i dont think from mind i work with heart.. if i have used my mind then every decision of mine would be about gaining like a business.
but when we work with heart we dont think we will gain or not we just want to be happy... validity of our marriage is our breaths as long as we are alive we can not forget each other or apart from each other.
So ... biggest match within me and my wife's relationship is we think from heart... we dont have mind like businessman who thinks about gain my wife could buy cheapest tv to make kids happy but she bought tv of her heart size for the happiness of kids i glad on this act of my wife... that what is she is and that what is , what i like..
