Hello friends ! Like I posted couple of weeks ago my wife who was principal applicant as study permit,I OWP and my daughter of 2 year visita visa that was refused with following reasons
for my wife as principal applicant
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
For me as husband
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 200(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-200.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
For my daughter
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
So first I don’t know how to order GSM notes and I decided to reapply;
1.as first post I got advice for her to apply a lone and later on I will apply together my daughter
2.financial I ups graded the bank statement from 56k to 70k$ CAD
was given new admission letter from university
I wonder is necessary to mention in LOE that my wife (who is applying alone) has been refused and responding in letter how she addressed the refusal reasons ! Please advise accordingly she want to upload the documents before end of this week
