my medical has ended in april and now i am going to apply my spouse i want to know at this stage if my case got refusal wheather or not fee will be refunded

Once the processing comes to medical stage, refund is unlikely to get.

Correctly answered by cool. Once the application is put "In process", a refund of the recovery (initial) fee is impossible.
The RPRF is refundable even after a COPR is issued, as long as not activated / landed.
