Whosoever got nomination from other than Quebec province of Canada and has submitted their Quebec Skilled Worker Program application through "Mon projet quebec" on either first or second intake of last year i.e. 2016 can sign this petition for refund of processing fees of their "Quebec Skilled Worker Program" post withdraw his Quebec Skilled Worker Program application.
