Pre-26 June applicants have to make their fee payment at two different stages. First payment to be made at the time when the initial application is submitted to CIC (which is 100% refunded) in case of refusals or rejections.
The second payment made to the VO along with the complete documents after the file number is obtained. This fee is non-refunded in case of rejections or refusals. A tremendous loss of money in this case, apart from time and effort.
Is it the same scenario for post-26 June applicants? Should the applicants have to pay both the instalments at one time and whether both the instalments are refunded 100%.
