I had refund from Saskatchewan polytechnic through flywire. There were three seperate transactions. Two were received on time but one hasn't received in my account yet. I contacted flywire team and they sent a receipt of Bank of America to trace the payment. I gave it to my bank but they are saying they're unable to find any transaction by this receipt. So what can I do now. Please suggest.
