Thanks for your advice, the letter says the description of the work carried out as described in the charts of work did not match with the work according to the 2172 NOC database administrator which is ridiculous because I have over 15 years of working in the same field. The application went from received by the visa office to decision made. What I want to know if I can appeal or how to get the right of permanent residence that I paid for back, I dont think you have to pay for RPR if you got a negative answer.jigzyy said:Sorry to hear. What went wrong? And what was the stage of the application? There is a cut-off where you can and you cannot get a refund. So by explaining a little, seniors would help.
Thanks!

RockinCanada said:Right of PR fee is paid when you are being granted PR. Why did you pay it? Did they ask for it? I can understand that you have paid application fees though. If your file was never in process, it will be refunded to you.

You are right I paid before anything, maybe because I was sure that possesing a Job offer and having experience aworking in Canada would give me a PR. So how can I get my money back? is there a form that I have to fill up??RockinCanada said:Thanks, i was not aware of that.
