I applied for refugee travel documents with all documents needed on 11 November 2023. Waited and today I received back my application form with all documents but not saying what’s wrong with adress. My mail had yellow sticker said returned to sender

Canada Post won't tell you what's wrong with the address, just that the package couldn't be delivered.
