Hi,
I got 2 very connected questions, I appreciate any expert help so I do not apply for the Refugee Travel Document & then find it at no use..
I am stateless protected person, applied for PR but no confirmation received, I need to travel see my father & family soon..

1. If I applied for Refugee Travel Document (Blue one), will it express my nationality in it? What information it will show other than names, birth date & cities?
2. When I tend to apply for an eVisa to Turkey and Bahrain, which nationality I should put in their forms? CANADIAN? (Both of countries does not have STATELESS in their nationality drop down menus)

Thanks a million for you pure hearts

Hi.I am in Canada for 2 years. My court is in appeal precess. How may I bring my family here? Thanks
Unfortunately you can't. You need to be declared a protected person and the apply for PR with your family as dependents which now takes 3 years. They will only be able to come to Canada after that.

It is dangerous their lives to live there. Which organization do I have to ask in this situation?

Unfortunately that is not how the system works. There is a lengthy process to reunite families. You also specified that you are appealing your case. Were you refused asylum?

No,I weren't. But if it is dangerius for my family to live there I have to help them to leave the country. Best way is to bring them here. I think in Canada have to be any organization which can help me with that.

I dont how does it called but I know that you can ask to immigration from outside if its dangerous to you in your country.
Private sponsorship takes years and you have to find an organization to fund a family for a year. Given that you are in Canada and could sponsor your family you would not qualify. You need to prioritize getting your protected person status.

I dont know may be it is not private sponsorship. But I know that if its dangerous to your family to live in there country in Canada have to be any organization to help with that. And I heard that it take 6 or 9 month. I heard it here, some immigration lawyers do it here. But I need specialist. Are you in Canada?
