This is my 2nd Travel Document that i applied, No PR yet. I applied for my RTD on the 31st Oct 2025, it was received in Ottawa on the 5th Nov 2025, showed up in the system on the 7th Nov 2025 and today i just called them to ask for the status and they gave me a tracking number for Canada Post and said that the RTD was

This is my 2nd Travel Document that i applied, No PR yet. I applied for my RTD on the 31st Oct 2025, it was received in Ottawa on the 5th Nov 2025, showed up in the system on the 7th Nov 2025 and today i just called them to ask for the status and they gave me a tracking number for Canada Post and said that the RTD was approved on the 3rd December.

Also I called them today and she told me it's mailed out yesterday and she give me tracker number from canada post but not working in website tracker.what about you

Don't worry. This happened to me too. I received an email with a tracking number and a link to Canada Post website. I tried for the first 3-4 days, nothing was there. I left it maybe for 2 weeks, then I tried, and yes, it showed that delivery will be done 'tomorrow'.. Indeed next day I received the receipt and I went to Canada Post at Shoppers near my place and collected the travel document from there. You need to take your photo ID and that receipt in order to receive the envelope.
Relax. It won't take much long.
