Guys IRCC keeps saying they sent out the document but don’t have a tracking number. Has it happened to anyone else that it just came even though IRCC didn’t have any tracking information available? I’m really worried.

Is that normal that 2 weeks and my application not yet in the system? What should I do ? Please any advice I have an urgent travel and I did submit the medical report in the mail , the parcel delivered to the office on 13 may , even in the confirmation of delivery there's a signature of the agent who took the mail , please any advice

Today is the 9th business day and they said they usually take 10 business days to get it into the system

So should I wait more couple of days? For when it went to the system? And after couple of days if they keep told me it's not in the system yet what should I do?

Yes wait a few days and call again within this week. If it’s still not the in the system, then send a webform or keep calling again and again.

Those who renewed their RTD, did you include your old RTD in the package as well? I have a valid visa in mine and would like to keep it.

Also, those who got PR instead of P in the new RTD without getting their PR, was it 5 years instead of 2?

If your current rtd is valid yes include it in the package and write a short letter that you are requesting it back bcz you have valid visa.
If your rtd not valid no need to include it.
For me no pr yet and I got it for 2 years again.

All RTDs use the code 'PR' as the document type. This doesn't stand for 'permanent resident'; it's just the document type code for RTDs. The 'P' designation is reserved for full passports.

If you are a permanent resident and this status needs to be indicated on your RTD, you will have an additional field on the data page that indicates your status as 'Landed' (at least this is how they did it with older RTDs before the redesign).
