Hello, I submitted RTD for my dad and called IRCC today they received the application and now in progress.

Timeline
mail on 17 Apr
tracked and was sent on 23 Apr
In progress on 6 May

Hi!
How did you reach them by phone? I submitted my RTD application by mail since February 7, untill today June 1, I never received anything.
Any suggestion? I called they number but they never responded.
