She can only sponsor you if you are either married or common law. Common law means that you have lived together for at least a full year.

In that case she definitely cannot sponsor you.

You would have to meet in person at least once first. Then get married or live together for a full year. Then she would be able to sponsor you.

It's very easy for Canadians to travel to Indonesia (I was born in Canada and have visited Indonesia many times). Your girlfriend needs to start by visiting you there so that you can meet in person.

Again, it's not possible for her to sponsor you now.

If she already come here, and we get married. So when she go back to Canada and start my case for process, so how many months it will takes time to sponsor me. And how much for the total payment for complete process untill I go there. Thanks again for your reply.

It's a very bad idea to get married during your first trip together. When you submit the sponsorship application, CIC will likely suspect it's a marriage of convenience rather than a genuine relationship and it will be very difficult to be approved. She should visit you once in person but you should not get married on that trip. She should only marry you during the second or third trip to visit you.

I would expect processing will take 1-2 years once she submits your sponsorship application.

Normal processing is around a year or a bit under a year. You should expect your case to take over a year due to your refugee status. Your application will be examined more closely.

Don't suppose OP could get some sort of visit visa to go to Canada? (as this allows an open work permit app during sponsorship )

I would guess an application for a TRV is at least worth a shot if they meet and they think it's going to work out.

So it means, it is possible that I have a refugee stutus here, so I can go there from Indonesia. but at list she must visit me here more then two times then like this she can sponsor me, right?

Zero chance a TRV will be approved given the OP's status in Indonesia.

Do you think that as I had a REFUGEE stutus here, she can apply for TRV?

YOU would have to apply for the TRV - not her.

However given your refugee status, the TRV is guaranteed to be refused. I don't see the point in applying. To be approved, you need to show that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Since you are a refugee, you can't show ties to your home country and it's quite clear you're trying to settle somewhere else. Applying for a TRV will be a waste of money.
