Hello guys,

Do you know what is the "Disclosure Package-Intervention", my brother received a new message from IRCC last week and when he login to the portal and he saw that document but he couldn't able to download and see what it is. He already reported to IRCC as technical issues but so far no hearing from them yet. Anyone having similar document before for refugee claimant ?

My brother his application timeline -
Claim submitted - Sep 12 2023
Medical Report - Sep 14 2023
Interview call in for biometric and photo- Sep 20 2023
Interview call in for eligible - Sep 29 2023
Confirmation of referral , brown paper - Oct 4 2023
Work permit - Oct 11 2023

Now waiting for hearing IRB.

I am still not getting any approval in IRCC portal. Only got WP confirmation via email. My application still in process. I believe we will have to go back to get our brown paper and sign some documents or maybe they will mail it to us!

You have to wait for them to send it to you after your first interview… in my case I waited 2weeks after
