refugee claim and wish to voluntarily - please help

I made a refugee claim and rejected , now I wish to voluntarily leave Canada , please help me to know what is time line by CBSA after I give them a notice?

speaking in general : how long it take to send me home ?

Note : I dont have air ticket .

It's 30 days, I guess but just don't be dejected. Go and fight your case and appeal the decision. Hire a good immigration lawyer who's an expert on refugee cases.

AMJ is right don't just give up like that.You wont know the impact until you try to re-enter Canada or Travel to other Country requiring Visa

But I do have family back home who facing a big danger , and suffering from a lot of things , I have been here since last year and left my kid and wife behind without any thing ... I don't think appeal the case will do any thing new. as

I don't think this will be safe , the situation of my country is going from bad to worst and worst , is this can make good chance of win an appeal with RAD ?

Finally my refugee claim got accepted Thank God , After I fight back the last decision and appealed it I won and I got new hearing then My claim accepted .

Hi. Happy to hear good news like this! I know this is an old post. Im also planning to appeal. How long did it take for you to get a new hearing and did you get the decision right away accepting your claim? How much time did you wait? Thanks!
