BOC sublimated back in Sep 2023 still no hearing date

Which office you’ve applied in? And whats your country of origin?

Did anyone receive any hearing date? Specially people who applied early this year (January-Feb- or december 2023)?

I haven't heard of anyone getting hearing dates who filed late 2023 or since 2024. Probably closer to the ending of 2024, perhaps November, December and Jan 2025.

Just sharing my timeline:

1. April 19, 2024 - Submit BOC to IRCC
2. April 21, 2024 - AOC received
3. April 29, 2024 - Complete Medical
4. May 03, 2024 - Medical uploaded
5. May 07, 2024 - Medical passed
6. June 03, 2024 - Invitation to 1st Interview
7. June 18, 2024 - Biometrics and document seizure.
8. June 18, 2024 - Work permit and Brown paper issued. The officers did not asked me any questions.

Awaiting the invitation to a hearing now from the IRB.

After that my agent called few days said my case is approved and my wp is issued i don't have give any interview
Now i m worried
My passport is not seized didn't get any refugee papers

Eligibility interview/brown paper/ seizure: will be on 9th September.

Stay away from Quebec, for Alberta go to Edmonton not Calgary, cheaper lifestyle and IRCC main office is at Edmonton.

3. Medical Passed: 26 June 2024
4. First Hearing, Docs Seizure and Issued Work Permit: 16 July 2024

I believe I only left with Final Hearing right? Any approximate date for the final hearing? My case was submitted when I was in Alberta. Now, I moved to BC and updated my address accordingly.

Yes, now you are gonna wait for your hearing, your procces has been very fast by now, I believe your hearing date won’t take more than 7-8 months. How did your eligibility and seizure go through? Did they ask any questions? How much did you wait for your work permit?

Thank you for your kind words and encouragement. No, they didn't ask any questions and explained me all the documents given. The work permit was issued on the same date.

Of course!! I have my eligibility interview in a week and I am little afraid haha
