Hi, I have the Notice for Minister on my first short hearing and they postponed it and said they will schedule a full day hearing

Hello yes I try to understand, I have this "notice to Minister on forest hearing letter then when they postponed it they wrote that mean maybe they approve without hearing or maybe they will schedule a new hearing date
I'm extremely frustrated and I don't know what's happening. Several questions are swirling in my head, and I can't find any answers. Did the lawyer request a postponement? Do they want a lengthy hearing, or do they want an approval without a hearing? I don't know anything, but what I do know is that several people had their hearings canceled, only to have them approved a few days later. I received the cancellation notice 10 days ago, and now I rush to my phone every time I hear a message arrives in my email

Thanks, the postponed it before 3 days for my hearing date. Check your hearing paper if it has NOTICE FOR MINISTER, that means IRB think approve your case without hearing. If the minister not ask questions.

There is no exact hearing time it is dependent on many things. That said for those who applied in 2023 you will likely have a hearing in 2026.

You will mostly receive a positive decision without hearing. I read about some applicants received it 12-14 days after cancellation. I am in different situation because they informed me that it turned from short to full day hearing.

No, it’s wrong. If it is positive decision, I shouldn’t come before 10 days of hearing. It’s rule. On RPD website.

I think you missed understand my reply. I am saying 12-14 days after the notice of cancellation. Some people received the cancellation on the same day of hearing, others received the cancellation few days before the hearing.

Yes it postponed before my hearing day in 6 days that happened before 12 days until now the my nothing new!

Very hard to compare to others although I understand it is tempting to do so. There is so much variability when it comes to how cases are processed. All you can do is wait unfortunately.
