in between i was working in india

am i eligible?
It does not need to be continuous just so long as you have aquired 52 weeks plus the required amount of hours within the last 3 years before you apply. Full time hours are now 30 hours per week. You would need to have aquired a total of 1560 hours over a 52 week period.

first were you paid in Canadian dollars in canada, and do you have the T4 from employer, NOA from CRA for the previous years and Paystubs for the current year ?

if the answer for all the above questions is yes !

oct.06.2010 till Jun.27.2011 = 8 and half months (You need more 3 and half months to be eligible)

Mar.13.2013 to till date = 3 and half months (You have 12 months of Canadian Experience and yes you are eligible.)

Find out your NOC , IELTS, and Main Thing Reference letters and start gathering the rest of documents

Yes, I was paid in CDN. I have the T4 for 2010 & 2011. I have filed for my return last month(2010&2011) as i didnt do it earlier. and hoping to get an NOA soon. Any idea on howlong would an NOA take?

My NOC is 2172, as i got an LMO based on this. I have the reference letter for my 2010/2011 experience and will get the 2013 letter by July

If you have worked for the same employer in canada, you need to draft the letter that includes all your experience oct.06.2010 till Jun.27.2011 and Mar.13.2013 to till date in a single letter... Make sure you cover all the mandatory fields in reference letter as mentioned in the checklist.

If this is your first time filing the taxes, i think it would take atleast 3 months to get the NOA. (But not 100% sure)
