Hi All,
I am applying for CEC this year. I have around 6 yrs work experience in India.Should I submit reference letters from my previous employer also? I understand that I have to submit employer reference letter from my Canadian employer, but do I really have to submit reference letters from my previous employer?? I am worried because, my previous company has been acquired my another company after I left the job.

Please suggest.

Why don't people read? Why are the forums full of people who aren't reading the documentation that CIC clearly provide.

Bearing in mind the forms tell you clearly what to do... Are you really going to come on this form and take my/others advice over that of CIC?

What if I tell you yes, you need the letters? Are you going to go and try and get them?

The answer is no, you do not need the letters from India. All the forms for CEC outline clearly what you need - and that is reference letters for any eligible work experience in Canada.

I wish everyone would help themselves out a little and just read the forms carefully. These forums are great to get help with difference issues, but they shouldn't take place of the basic background work each applicant should do.

CANADIAN EXPERIENCE visa.

Doesn't that say it all already? ;) ;)

It doesn't say, Worldwide Experience Visa, or Indian Experience Visa, or North American Visa?

Hehe! ;D
