Hello Everyone,
Currently, in my express entry profile, I have mentioned the skilled work experience that I have earned on my current PGWP and so,therefore, my crs score is a result of that exp only. And yes I am obligated to provide the reference letter from my employer after getting the ITA. But also, I have around 9 months of work exp in India in two different Noc's before coming to Canada. I haven't included those two jobs in my current express entry profile. However, when I will be filling the IRCC applications forms post ITA, I need to fill in the gaps and I need to mention that I have worked in those two different jobs. Now that I have to mention those jobs, should I also provide reference letters from those employers as well?
If so, should they be latest ones?
Would it be a misinterpretation of facts because I did not mention them in my current express entry profile as of now? I remember that I have included them in the study permit application back in 2012!
