Reference letter

My reference letter is little blurred.
but it still easily readable and i am not in the position to ask for the new one.
will it still be valid ?

My boss would not write a reference letter for me. My department is very small with just two other colleagues, who I do not know very well and in ll probability would not be of much help for reference letter. If they get to know I would be asked to leave. And I do not want to be in that situation. Does anyone have any experience where they got through by providing other documents like pay stubs, joining letter, etc.? Please help urgently.

Are there any cases where PR got approved without a reference letter but using supporting documents like IT-returns, pay stub and offer letter?

You need to also prove your job duties and Roles apart from proving your employement. Do you have any Jody description etc. that mentioned the roles for the position you have been working on ?

I havce screenshots of appraisals in which dean has mentioned about the performance in each of the roles I do under three broad heads- teaching, research and administration, which are required for my NOC. Would that help?

You can look into duties for 4012 and see if that aligns. It’s a tough situation but you can prove your employment with paystubs, your I’d card given by the org, your offer letter. Your pay revision letters etc. but you also need to have job duties mentioned in the box code. Once you get all these we can ask some of the very senior members like legalfalcon, scylla for their thoughts as well. You.can always write a letter of explanation to the officer explaining your situation

Thank you. I have a separate reference letter for NOC 4012 from my supervisor, under whom I worked as a TA. My recent job falls under NOC 4011. I have all the documents that you have mentioned above-offer letter mentioning my designation, pay revision letter, pay stubs, IT Returns. But I do not have the reference letter for NOC 4011 mentioning duties and hours.
