Hi! My employer is not providing me a reference letter. What are the alternatives for it?

You can get fellow employees, supervisors, managers etc to write a letter of attestation for you. You can write a letter of explanation and include your payslips, T4 or your offer of employment letter.

Hi! Thank you for your response. A simple reference letter from my manager would do then ? Could you please guide me regarding the attestation part?

My boss would not write a reference letter for me. My department is very small with just two other colleagues, who I do not know very well and in ll probability would not be of much help for reference letter. If they get to know I would be asked to leave. And I do not want to be in that situation. Does anyone have any experience where they got through by providing other documents like pay stubs, joining letter, etc.? Please help urgently.
