Hello, so my employer didn't want to write me a reference letter like it's required . she game a general letter and told me to attach my contract with it . would that work ?
thanks
If you have the recent letter from HR - any chance that the letter references the contract? Also, any chance that you have your employer's advice to attach the contract in writing (e.g. an email)? You could write a letter of explanation and include any proof you have of her refusal to provide that.
But if you have the general letter, plus the contract, plus any supporting documents, and the contact information of the person writing the letter, that might be enough. Do you have a colleague who could also write a letter?
