I've been working in the same company for the last 6 years or plus... got promoted more than 3 years ago..in the same NOC... so 2 positions same company same NOC...
I've a reference letter wich goes like :
"Mr XXX was recruited xx/xx/xxxx (more than 6 years ago), and he's currently holding the position YYY""
without indicating the date i took the promoted position...
Can I cite in the profil i'm creating that i hold the promoted position for the 6 years? Or should I cite only the date of the promoted position with a different letter which indicate the date i've been promoted? I can only have the duties and responsabilities for the promoted positions hence why i'm trying to avoid declaring the first position.
