My company is agreeing to provide me with a reference letter but the end date on the letter will be "present" as I am still working with the company. However, in the future, if I plan to leave the company they will not update the "to date" as they do not entertain the employees who have left the company.
HR is suggesting getting the roles and responsibility letter from the manager ON EMAIL in the future if this happens.
Any suggestion if any of the above situations will lead to problems?
