Doesn't matter.
If you were terminated before you submitted the reference letter then the letter should have had a start and end date (not 'xxx currently works for this company')
The company from their side issued it as "hes been working with us since 2015" eventhough i had my termination letter as i said 2 days before the issue date of the reference letter. I dont know if that is ok because as i said the company cant mention a future date in the letter and say that my last day of work "will be".

The company from their side issued it as "hes been working with us since 2015" eventhough i had my termination letter as i said 2 days before the issue date of the reference letter. I dont know if that is ok because as i said the company cant mention a future date in the letter and say that my last day of work "will be".
You're still working there. So that's not an issue. You're not actually terminted till you leave which is on the 12th of February.

And if at all CIC asks for an updated letter later on after you've submitted your application (they don't do it very often) the new letter will show February 12th 2019 as your end date. So there's nothing to worry about.
Your case isn't as strange as you think.

Thank you, its just that the HR was stubborn to give me the letter before leaving so when I got terminated, they sympathized and gave me the letter, even though my last day for application is the 18th of Feb but I wanted to get done with ny application and have a peace of mind, so i guess i could have waited till my last day of work then ask for one that shows "from" "to" but getting the approval from the hr manager was like winning the lottery a chance you get only once in a lifetime :)

Will they?, to be honest i am planning on mentioning it in the LOE that I finished my services with them and the letter was issued from the HR as a way to help me find my way after leaving the company so this is why they issued it right after end of service decision but while i am still working, i need to find a good way to write it down as i would rather be honest with everything rather than make them doubt or question anything, what do you think

I don't think there's a need for a LOE. Like I said before, you are still employed with the company if you're still working and getting paid. Keep it simple. Ensure your dates are clearly written and if at all you receive an additional data request, you just need to get an updated letter from the company that states the date you left.
Sometimes a letter of explanation is unnecessary and complicates things.

So i was thinking and i know it might be reduntant to attach the letter that he signed for me with his contact details mentioned in the letter (to make it easier in case cic called).

One of the users from the community told me its fine that the designation and name of the hr manager is not mentioned, is it?.
