Reference letter from previous employers

Hi,

Can someone please tell me if i have to obtain reference letter from all my previous employers ?
In my case, i am currently working for a company for the past 8 years and prior to that i was employed with 5 different companies over a period of 5 years. Please tell me if it is mandatory to obtain from all my employers ?

It's not mandatory.

You only need a reference letter for work experience you wish to claim points for. The maximum number of years you can claim for is 3 (or 5 in Canada), and your current job covers that in its entirety.
So you only need a reference letter from your current employer.
