Hello,
Could you please advise on this issue?
I work at my husband's company as an accounting bookkeeper and in order to prove this experience i have to get a reference letter from my husband, is there a problem in this case? Does that constitute a case of conflict of interest since my husband is the dependent applicant?
Or should i get a reference letter from a third party in this case such as the external accountant of the company?

You can get a reference letter from your employer which in your case is your husband however, to prove it's genuine, it's in your best interest to submit paystubs, bank statement and tax assessment notice. This will make sure that employment is genuine.
Good luck.
thank you very much :)
