Reference letter from current employers seniors plz help

the application kit clearly mentions that if we do not submit reference letter ,we can provide a letter explaining the reason..
also as mentioned by maccy, please make sure that the employment contract is notarised,
and yes additional proof like salary slips would be helpful in this case

saxena, my ecas has been changed to received by visa office but I have not yet received the AOR. Will it be an email or hard copy by courier etc

the AOR from visa office is always hard copy by courier..
no reason to worry.. london office clearly says that they wont send AORs to save their resources.. the ecas shwoing "recvd by visa office" is good enough for you.. thats an official confirmation as well..

also there is nothing special mentioned on the AOR except that theres one new file number which the visa office issues.. now whether you use your old file number given by CIO or you use the new file number given by visa office for future correspondence with anyone gives you same output.

so no reason to worry.. not getting AOR is fine and very normal.. BTW wht are your timelines so far.. pls update it in your profiel so that we can refer to it easily while commenting
