Reference Letter From Current Employer

Hi All,

I have around 9 years of work experience.

Previous company: 8 years
Current company: around 1 year

Whether reference letter from old employer (8 years) will be enough?
Or I need reference letter from current employer as well?

As you all know it becomes very difficult to get letter from current company/employer. Can someone shed some light on this?

You get the reference letter from whichever employer based on whether you want to claim the experience or not.
The 8 years are more than enough to get he maximum points for the federal skilled workers program under express entry.
Get your letter, pick your NOC and apply.

Whether they will ask for experience or something for the current job? Anything about current job/employer?

No you only need to state it in the personal history as your current job if you arent claiming points for it
