Hi,

I worked in Canada for 15 months. Once I complete 12 months of my stay in Canada I got "Reference Letter" from my company (in July 2013).
Now I moved out of Canada (during Septermber month).

Can I use this letter and apply for PR under CEC and how long this letter is valid. Please advise.

Yes you can, explain that you do not work for that company no more. But if you can get a more recent later it would be even better.

Hi,

I am still working with same company, but I moved to USA.
I can't ask HR from Canada again to provide me recent letter as I already moved out of Canada.

CIC need a letter from Company with your Experience , salary and duties your performed that duration.

If you have any old letter also that should be fine there is no validity.
If you miss any of these information from this letter there may be chnaces of rejection.

Just make sure that letter has all these details .
